at shift we believe that executive leaders are pathfinders—

They see possible futures that are aligned with a deep sense of purpose, and they do create impact, including mobilizing others around their vision.

Belen Settembri created Shift to support clients’ capacity to be present and aware, and to take full action, even in the midst of extreme chaos.

Shift works with professionals from all over the world that Belen met working in purposeful projects or learning with the best leadership schools.

Shift is a team of professionals that believe everyone is a leader and that we live in a continuous paradox where we are required to be solid and flexible at the same time.
