Steps for our coaching relationship
Chemistry Session
Coach and coachee come together for a 30 minute session to evaluate if they can see themselves working together.
Alignment Session (prior to start of executive coaching)
Coach, coachee, and line manager come together for 30 minute session to discuss, explore and align on expectations of coaching.
Executive Coaching Program: Hours to be agreed
Coach and coachee engage in bi-weekly sessions to action coaching objectives agreed to by coach and coachee, and derived from line manager’s feedback shared during alignment session.
Alignment Sesion (at the conclusion of executive coaching)
Coach, coachee, line manager, and HR come together for 30 minute session to debrief the experience of coaching, the impact of coaching, and agree a sustainable leadership plan moving forward.
